How to Earn
Atmos Rewards members can earn redeemable points and status points on cruises booked through the Alaska Hawaiian Cruises portal, which is powered by Arrivia.
On eligible cruise bookings made through the platform, you’ll earn:
- Redeemable points: 1 point per $1 spent on the cruise fare, excluding taxes and fees
- Status points: 1 status point per $1 spent on eligible bookings when paying in cash, including credit card, debit card, or other standard payment methods
The total number of redeemable and status points you’ll earn is displayed on the “Price” page during checkout. Rewards are typically deposited into your Atmos Rewards account 6-8 weeks after completing your cruise.
Maximize Your Earnings
Beyond the rewards earned on the cruise itself, you can stack additional Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards points and status points by paying with an Alaska Airlines credit card.
Using an eligible Alaska Airlines card allows you to earn even more status points toward elite status based on your spending, depending on which card you hold, as follows:
- Atmos™ Rewards Summit Visa Infinite® Credit Card: Earn 1 status point for every $2 spent
- Atmos™ Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® Credit Card and Atmos™ Rewards Visa Signature® Business Card: Earn 1 status point for every $3 spent
Earning Example
To see how this stacks, let’s assume you book a $1,200 cruise fare (excluding taxes and fees) and pay with your Atmos™ Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® Credit Card. Here’s what you’d earn:
- From the cruise booking: 1,200 redeemable points + 1,200 status points
- From the credit card purchase: 1,200 redeemable points (1X in all other purchases) + 400 status points (1 status point for every $3 spent on purchases)
- Total: 2,400 redeemable points + 1,600 status points
