Logging In

We recommend first checking your spam or junk mail folders. You can request a new confirmation e-mail by trying to log in to your account, which will automatically trigger a new confirmation e-mail. Please note that some e-mail providers such as AOL or Yahoo will block e-mails from our site. We recommend whitelisting our e-mail address or trying to register with a different e-mail provider.


  1. Click on the “Spam Controls” link on the lower right side of your inbox screen.
  2. A “Mail and Spam Controls” box will appear.
  3. Click on the “Customer Sender” list link and choose the “Allow email from …” option.
  4. Enter [email protected], then click “add” and “save.”


  1. In the top navigation bar, click the Settings icon and click “More mail settings.”
  2. Under the “Preventing junk email” section, click “Safe and blocked senders.”
  3. Click on “Safe senders“, enter [email protected], and hit “Add to list.”


  1. Navigate to “Settings” icon, then click “More Settings” from the Yahoo Mail menu.
  2. Select “Filters” and hit “Add” to enter information about the domain name or sender.
  3. From here, enter [email protected]


You can manage your subscription by logging in to your account and navigating to subscriptions.

After you log in and navigate to subscriptions, click on Manage to manage your card.

We have outgrown our payment processor (Gumroad) and need to move subscriptions to our new payment processor (Stripe). Even if you just recently made a payment, or your subscription doesn’t renew for months, we need to move off the old payment processor.

To create a new subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Membership page
  2. Match your subscription (Basic or Unlimited)
  3. Choose whether you wish to be billed monthly or yearly
  4. For Unlimited, click on “Start trial” then enter your billing details. For basic, click on “Subscribe” then enter your billing details.
  5. Send an e-mail to support (at) loyaltypointhunters.com or reply to the e-mail you received titled “Moving Your Subscription” to request an adjustment to match price & billing date
