We have outgrown our payment processor (Gumroad) and need to move subscriptions to our new payment processor (Stripe). Even if you just recently made a payment, or your subscription doesn’t renew for months, we need to move off the old payment processor.
To create a new subscription:
- Navigate to the Membership page
- Match your subscription (Basic or Unlimited)
- Choose whether you wish to be billed monthly or yearly
- For Unlimited, click on “Start trial” then enter your billing details. For basic, click on “Subscribe” then enter your billing details.
- Send an e-mail to support (at) loyaltypointhunters.com or reply to the e-mail you received titled “Moving Your Subscription” to request an adjustment to match price & billing date
