We have outgrown our payment processor (Gumroad) and need to move subscriptions to our new payment processor (Stripe). Even if you just recently made a payment, or your subscription doesn’t renew for months, we need to move off the old payment processor.

To create a new subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Membership page
  2. Match your subscription (Basic or Unlimited)
  3. Choose whether you wish to be billed monthly or yearly
  4. For Unlimited, click on “Start trial” then enter your billing details. For basic, click on “Subscribe” then enter your billing details.
  5. Send an e-mail to support (at) loyaltypointhunters.com or reply to the e-mail you received titled “Moving Your Subscription” to request an adjustment to match price & billing date
